Yes. DitchRide Captains drive their own minivan or SUV. We do not provide, lease, or assign vehicles. Specific model year and condition requirements are shared during onboarding.
There is no fixed shift requirement. Trips run on an hourly schedule starting at 5:00 AM, and you choose which hourly slots to pick up. This may evolve as the platform grows, but the founding program is built around flexibility within a predictable, prescheduled structure.
