DitchRide is an intercity travel service operating in Alberta using Minivans and SUVs. We provide flexible, direct, and comfortable transport between cities in Alberta, such as Calgary and Edmonton with other cities like Red Deer, Banff, Fort McMurray and Grand Prairie coming soon.
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your province to use DitchRide. By registering or using our services, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Booking and Payments
Bookings can be made through our website or mobile app (when available). Payment details and applicable charges will be clearly outlined at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring your details are accurate and up to date.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Our cancellation and refund policy will be provided at the time of booking. In general, cancellations within 24 hours of departure may not be refundable.

DitchRide is not liable for delays, accidents, or losses resulting from use of the platform. We act as a connector between riders and independent drivers.
